Our halibut is caught with longline gear on board a family-owned fishing boat in Homer. All fish comes from a sustainably- managed fishery using responsible fishing methods. It's processed locally and we oversee the entire process. Traceable from deck to dish, this wild Alaska halibut is truly a treat.

Very Tasty Halibut

We are usually buyers of your Salmon, but decided to try your Halibut for a change. We were not disappointed as the quality and taste carried over. Now we are fans of the Salmon and Halibut!
