The F/V Courageous is in the water!
After a long day with a full page to-do list, we launched the Courageous Tuesday night at 8pm. Everything went smoothly, and the engine sounds excellent.
In the last update that we were awaiting a part from Washington. It arrived on Monday and quickly fixed the problem. It was the LAST ONE in Washington, so it's a relief that we received it. It was a couple days late, an we were a bit worried it was lost in the mail. Phew!
The guys are fueling the boat up today. They have plenty to do to keep them busy the next few days before heading out, including grocery shopping, which is always kind of fun. When else do you get to buy boxes and boxes of candy bars?
We'll say goodbye this weekend, and look forward to sending you some fishy updates soon!
