Our smoked salmon is a simple superfood. Just thaw and enjoy- no cooking necessary.  Try it once and you'll want a freezer full of it! 
Our salmon is smoked locally in Homer, Alaska by fellow fisherman Penelope Haas. When she's not smoking fish, Penelope runs her own fishing boat, the F/V Kustatan out of Cook Inlet, AK. We either use keta salmon or sockeye salmon for our smoked fish. 
  • Vacuum packed and frozen in approximately 5 oz. portions 
  • 5 lbs.= approx. 16 pieces; $14.50/piece
  • 10 lbs.= approx. 32 pieces; $12.50/piece

Smoked salmon is excellent when added to creamy pasta, soups, and frittatas. Smoked salmon dip is delicious too.
