Wild Alaska halibut is the world's premium whitefish. It is exceptionally mild and versatile. 

We work with local Alaskan fishing families to procure the best wild halibut you've ever tasted. The boat delivers it fresh to us in our home town of Homer, Alaska. Then, it's processed and flash frozen immediately to lock in the fresh fish taste to enjoy year-round. 

Below is the approximate number of individual vacuum packed pieces per box size. A 6-8 oz. piece serves 1-2 people. Halibut has skin on to retain moisture, and so it lasts longer in the freezer. It is easily removed.
