5 lb. Sockeye Salmon Box (approx. 12 pieces)

This is about our 10th order, and for the first time, we are very unsatisfied.
Some of the fillets had skin, and some didn''t. We prefer the fillets with the skin.
The last 2 portions were very mushy, like loose crab cakes. They almost looked spolied. We had to throw them away.
Disappointed.

My order of salmon filets was delivered within three days, frozen solid and beautifully individually packaged. We have only eaten one meal so far, but the salmon is flavorful, tender and quality is superb. Anxious to make more meals!
