Our halibut is caught with longline gear on a family-owned fishing boat in Homer. All fish comes from a sustainably- managed fishery using responsible fishing methods. Halibut- glorious

The halibut is thick buttery and luscious. We have several recipes planned- fish and chips pan seared - blackened halibut, grilled halibut. It’s very good tasting fish. I’m not disappointed.—-my daughter likes fish tacos made with halibut
