Our smoked salmon is the best. You wont find anything comparable available commercially because our smoking process is old school. It's smoked on an open flame using local alder. Our salmon is hot smoked, as opposed to cold smoked (like lox). It’s called “hot smoked” because it’s smoked at a higher temperature than cold smoked- it’s not spicy.

We have discovered a delicious way to stretch it a bit - smoked salmon grilled cheese sandwiches. Mix smoked salmon, cream cheese, slivered onions and capers, smear it on sourdough bread and grill it up. Yum!
This isn't our first order of smoked salmon and it certainly won't be our last!

I made a dip with this for the holidays last year and everyone just stood in a circle around it and devoured it. This stuff is perfect for adding a quick and unique twist to a lot of different dishes. Highly recommend it!
Great taste and size portion. With the recipes sent I’ve enjoyed varieties of ways to serve this I’d never thought of. My fav is broken up onto salad, or mixed in with kale and granberry’s. Yummy enough that I often just go to fridge and break off a pc to snack on like candy.
