Salmon burger is the sweet meat scraped from the frame of the sockeye salmon after filleting. It's perfect for making salmon burgers, tacos, and fish cakes.

If you haven't tried Sockeye Salmon Burger, you don't know what you're missing. It's so convenient and so delicious. We raise beef, and the patties I made from salmon burger are totally giving beef burgers some stuff competition!

AMAZING!!!

I can not say enough about how amazing this ground salmon is! I have made salmon burgers, crispy salmon patties and fish tacos! I will never ever be able to use any other salmon for my salmon patties again! This is hands down the best salmon I have had in my 58 years and I have had a lot of salmon!
