Our halibut is caught with longline gear on a family-owned fishing boat in Homer. All fish comes from a sustainably- managed fishery using responsible fishing methods. Our halibut is processed locally and we oversee the entire process. Traceable from deck to dish, this wild Alaska halibut is truly a treat.
